- How does auto-ship work? We get a number of requests every day from customers wanting the convenience and savings of our Monthly Auto-Ship Program. It's FREE to enroll, saves you almost 45% off of the regular non-discounted price and can be canceled at any time. When your current order of Ignite Maxx is nearly used up (according to our recommended dosage instructions), you will receive a new 30 Day Supply automatically. This automatic shipping method will replenish your supply of Ignite Maxx each month until you have reached your fitness and weight loss goals and choose not to receive any more product. If you need to cancel or delay the auto-ship, you will need to contact Customer Service or email us at support@gogetthin.com.
