At Core Health Innovations™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your decision to try our products. Therefore, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (30 days from order date) to all of our first time buyers which is valid for every product we offer. This refund policy supersedes all printed references to any other refund policy for Core Health Innovations in the past. Please follow the instructions below completely to qualify for a full refund, less shipping and handling. All returned shipments will be charged a restocking/handling fee of five dollars (opened and non-opened bottles). It is the sole discretion of Core Health Innovations™ to determine if a customer is entitled to any form or amount of refund*.
Who is a First Time Buyer
A first time buyer is anyone who has never purchased a specific product from our company. If you have signed up for our Auto-Ship Program as a part of your initial order, the following conditions apply. Auto-Ship subscribers are considered satisfied return customers after their first automatic shipment is billed to their credit card on file and are no longer considered a first time buyer. Auto-Ship subscribers therefore cannot return any automatic shipments that are processed and shipped.
Return Merchandise Authorization
We strive to be as accurate and as fast as possible on our return process. Please call customer support at 720-381-9448, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm MST and when it is determined by our customer service representatives that you meet the criteria as a first time buyer of a particular product for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, we will provide you with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). When you call, please be ready with your name, shipping address and order number (XXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX) that can be found on your shipping label, your packing slip or on the email receipt we sent you. This process ensures speed and accuracy.
Packaging Instructions
To return an order, please carefully re-package ALL containers or bottles from the original order in a box. Preferably the original shipping box works best but is not required. We cannot refund your purchase, less shipping and handling, until we receive your package. If this is a concern, you may consider insuring the package.
Return Shipment Terms and Instructions
When you have been approved for a refund and have been issued an RMA#, please keep in mind, shipping and handling fees incurred by you for your original order are non-refundable. Additionally, the shipping cost incurred by you to return the product back to us is your responsibility and is also not refundable. We strongly recommend you use a return shipping method that includes a tracking number for quickest processing. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments for returns.

Refund Timing
Once your return has been received and verified by our warehouse facility*, a refund will be issued to your credit card that you used to purchase your product, within 30 business days of our receiving your package. If you paid for your product by another means other than credit card, a refund check will be issued within 30 business days to the shipping address we have on file and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

*Please note: All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse at your own expense. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments for returns. If your return shipment does not contain ALL full and/or empty bottles of product you tried for the first time, or you shipped your return to any other address than the one given above, or you do not write your RMA # on your shipping label, you will only be entitled to a 50% refund.
